Honeyglow® Pineapple Poke Cake

Serves 15 slices Prep Time: 12 minutes Cook Time: 28 minutes
  • 1/2 Fresh Del Monte Mini Honeyglow® Pineapple
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1.8 oz. Container of whipped topping
  1. Make box cake mix according to package directions.
  2. Once the cake has cooled for a few minutes, poke holes all over the cake. Set aside. Prep the Fresh Del Monte Mini Honeyglow® Pineapple by removing the skin.
  3. Cut half of the pineapple into chunks. Place chunks into a blender along with the coconut cream.
  4. Blend until you reach a smooth consistency. Pour the mixture over the cake and spread using a spatula.
  5. Add whipped topping over the cake and spread. Serve and enjoy!
