Honeyglow® Pineapple Poke Cake
Serves 15 slices Prep Time: 12 minutes Cook Time: 28 minutes
- 1/2 Fresh Del Monte Mini Honeyglow® Pineapple
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1.8 oz. Container of whipped topping
- Make box cake mix according to package directions.
- Once the cake has cooled for a few minutes, poke holes all over the cake. Set aside. Prep the Fresh Del Monte Mini Honeyglow® Pineapple by removing the skin.
- Cut half of the pineapple into chunks. Place chunks into a blender along with the coconut cream.
- Blend until you reach a smooth consistency. Pour the mixture over the cake and spread using a spatula.
- Add whipped topping over the cake and spread. Serve and enjoy!
